Job Purpose:  The purpose of the Appraisal Manager is to ensure an unassailable appraisal report and timely delivery by reviewing each appraisal report for excellence, managing the appraisal team, and collaboratively developing effective and efficient production systems. A successful Appraisal Manager will supervise and manage the appraisal team (Commercial and Residential Appraisers, Analysts, and Inspectors) to produce timely high-quality appraisals that are consistently high quality.
